About Jennifer

I am an entrepreneur with a family and an active social life. Balancing these areas of life can be challenging and also very rewarding. I have created Just Jennifer Consulting because I want to help other entrepreneurs create highly successful businesses and encourage an all-around balanced life.

Why am I qualified to help you grow your business?

After earning an undergraduate degree, I was asked to join my family’s business. I said I would give it a year. That was over 25 years ago. I enjoyed working through many of the company’s departments and learned the details of the business operations. I went on to receive my Executive Master of Business and shortly thereafter, I negotiated a mutually beneficial buyout of that company for myself. During my tenure, I also created another company to differentiate our service offerings as well as a holding company to house them both. I sold one of the entities to an International, publicly-traded company with over 20,000 employees and at their request was retained as their General Manager for a number of years. It was from my acquisition that leadership created their first Global Service Plus Center, doubled our capacity in a new state of the art facility in Waukesha County, WI , retained all of my employees and afforded them a better benefits package and more opportunities for career growth.

Over the last 25 years I have started seven companies, participated on a number of boards, spoken at Universities, business groups and organizations, and been awarded Top Business in Southeast Wisconsin and Largest Business in New Berlin. The combination of experiences in both small family business and a large international corporation gives me a unique set of skills for business consulting.

My strategy is to work closely with business owners on identifying their business and personal goals, diagnose the business’s current health, strengths, and opportunities, and then develop a plan for the next steps to ensure the vision and strategic plan is strong and viable and ensure the owner is accountable to this plan.
